How do you approach an actual blackjack table (or any table game)? Are you supposed to go to the cashier before to get chips, or can you bring cash straight to the table and have them change it out there? Either they don't know basic strategy, or don't care, or are just playing hunches, but they're making decisions that on the average will cost them money.
