Does anyone still count cards in blackjack these days or have the casinos made it impossible to do? ? (Answers: 6) (Comments: 0)

Just wondering if it's still possible to count cards or is it impossible to do with double decks and casinos shuffling after every hand? Is there some other system people are using these days? Anyone know any good books to learn a blackjack system?

I have been looking for the most balanced counting system in terms of ease of use vs. loss of profit and i came across a site claiming that the KO system, though easy to use does not give you an edge over the house in the long run and actually makes you lose money. I have a feeling this is false but could someone clarify? also is there any better count that brings in a better profit that's not much harder to use?

i used this system and won in vegas (only 100 bucks) it involved being the last guy to play and betting low.
