against a 789 or 10 in the hold for the dealer, are you better of staying on 16 or hitting. It seems like i bust more often than not when i hit, and when i dont hit, i pull a 4 or 5.....but when i bust the dealer never has the card underneath and busts himself...what is the best strategy.

Let's say I'm on a cruise boat that's just entered international waters, or the "high seas." Lots of cruise boats open their onboard casinos at this time. There is no legal restrictions to the games they offer. Could I, theoretically, legally take someone back to my room and spread a blackjack game? (which of course is illegal to do inside most countries) Funny as it sounds, this is a serious question! I really would be interested in doing such a thing, despite the dangers of extremely angry players! Thanks for your help.
